We will start our tour to andaman with a visit to the Marine Park, in the Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park(9 AM to 3 PM on all days except Monday). It is a preserve of coral reefs, a spectacular spot for marine enthusiasts. Next we glide through the enveloping forest canopy to reach the Wandoor beach, famous for its blue expansive view of the sea and a 15 kilometer shoreline.

Now we go on to the Samudrika Museum, a project of the Indian Navy. Run and maintained by the navy forces, this establishment does well in representing the rich history of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. You will find dedicated sections on the cultural history, the marine ecosystem, the tribal history and the coral life as well. A majestic blue whale skeleton sits on display in the lobby of the museum!
